Individualized Yoga

Traditionally yoga was transmitted from teacher to student in a one-on-one setting. The changing needs, goals, stage-of-life, lifestyle, and energy of the individual are taken into account as personalized practices are designed to enhance health and well-being. Practice may be geared towards one recovering from injury, illness or simply an individual desiring to live in a more connected way. Students practice on their own and continue to receive guidance during sessions where practices may be updated.
